Product Design and Selection:
1. Generally the dynamic equilibrium valve should be designed and installed at the branch point of the tube net, in the heat entrance and indoor vertical tube to improve regulation performance of the system.
2. Please refer to tale of key outer measurements and property parameters and selection chart of self-activated equilibrium valve to choice the right type of the product. The flow design should adopt the black part in the drawing.
3. The valve can be set up at the supply water pipe or the backwater pipe. If the work pressure of the system fluid is higher than the permitted work pressure of the radiator, for safety, the dynamic equilibrium is recommended to fix at the supply water pipe.
4. Maximum work temperature is 1000ºC; Nominal pressure is 1.6MPa.
5. Applied range of pressure difference: 20-300KPa. When system work pressure is over 300KPa, to avoid noises, measures must be taken to eliminate the excess pressure difference.
6. The dynamic equilibrium does not have cut-off function. Need to equip cut-off valve if necessary.
7. If select dynamic equilibrium valve with diameter of DN15~DN51, connection method should be stated clearly.
